Wall-Mount-CC-5900

The Wall Mounted unit is typically installed in the resident's unit in an area where the resident will typically pass during the course of a day like a hallway leading to the bedroom or bathroom area or near the front door. This unit has a built-in proximity detector which automatically monitors resident activity eliminating the need for the resident to press an "I'm OK" button every day. However, the daily check-in can be done manually with the press of a button if preferred.

When activated, the system immediately places a call to the first of four numbers. This call can go to any standard telephone, wireless telephone, cell phone, two-way radio, pager, or text message. If not answered the system will automatically hang-up and call the next number in the sequence and it will keep calling until the call is answered.

Table Top

The Table Top unit is an ideal solution when wiring infrastructure is inadequate, and pulling new wire is prohibitive.  This model is easily installed by plugging the unit into the residents’ telephone jack, much like you would do with an answering machine, thus reducing installation costs significantly.

When activated, the system immediately places a call to the first of four numbers. This call can go to any standard telephone, wireless telephone, cell phone, two-way radio, pager, or text message. If not answered the system will automatically hang-up and call the next number in the sequence and it will keep calling until the call is answered.

LISA WiFi System

Our LISA Wi-Fi System interfaces our Emergency Call & Nurse Call Systems with your on site Wi-Fi Network. With this feature all emergency calls will be sent via three platforms, including through telephone wiring, along with the CARE-NET Network and on your community Wi-Fi Network. This adds yet another level of system integrity, to ensure that all calls will go through even if there is a service interruption on one or more of the other platforms.

Pendants/Pull-Cords

Residents can activate the system wirelessly via a pendant transmitter which is worn as a necklace, wristband, belt clip or key fob. These pendants are waterproof and programmable. The system can also be connected to wireless pull cords, the resident's smoke detector, security system, fall alarms, etc.  All batteries in the transmitters are monitored by the system.  If a battery goes low, a message is sent to the central station computer.

The system can also be connected to other devices such as the resident’s smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, door alarms, fall alarms, bed alarms, security systems, etc. When any of these devices are activated, the system will report the device and it’s location.

Hot Spot Technology

Our patent pending Hot Spot Technology will turn a Wall Mount or Table-Top unit into a “System Hot Spot”.  These Hot Spots will be activated through-out the community, creating an overlapping network that will accept pendant transmissions from all residents no matter where they are in the community.  When a resident is out of their room and needs help they simply press the button on the pendant and one or more of the Hot Spots will receive the transmission and report the out-of-room location to the Central Station Computer.

Task Tracking

Task Tracking is a Digital Care System exclusive option that allows you to track the activities performed in the resident's room such as Life Care Functions, Maintenance, Housekeeping, etc (up to 6 categories). This option lessens the paperwork for the provider and creates completely accurate data and reports.

Central Station Computer

The Central Station Computer is designed with a completely intuitive interface and automatically collects all system activity information. All information on the Central Station Computer can be shared across the facility's computer network with designated members of the management team. This information can also formatted into reports or exported into other programs.

Care-Net

Site-wide Out of Room Coverage for Emergency Calls SAFE-T-Net provides Emergency Call System coverage beyond the resident's room into hallways, common areas and other facility areas. The system consists of a network of wireless receivers placed throughout the facility, accepting transmissions from a wireless pendant worn by the resident. CARE-NET can cover up to 1,000,000 square feet. Residents can walk anywhere in the facility with confidence that when they press their button help will be summoned.

TD-1000

The TD-1000 is a device which is installed in the telephone closet of the facility which provides two functions

  • First it can provide a connection to the CARE-CALL Emergency Call System when a resident does not have phone service (dial tone) in their room. All residents (with or without telephone service) will be connected to the system through the TD-1000.
  • Secondly, the TD-1000 can be configured to allow the facility to make announcements into the  residents’ rooms via the speaker built into the in-room unit.
